Quotations and orders

An order is accepted only when confirmed in writing and the agreed payment requirements have been met.

Product improvements or supplier updates may result in reasonable changes. Certificates and test reports apply only to the models, standards, scope and validity periods stated in those documents.

Buyer responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate specifications and for ensuring that product selection, installation, operation and maintenance are performed by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable laws, standards and instructions.
