Refund and Return Policy

ZSCN products are supplied primarily for business and project use. Many electrical products are manufactured, configured or selected to the buyer's specifications.

Cancellations and returns

Made-to-order, customized or configured products generally cannot be cancelled or returned after production or procurement has begun. Standard items may only be returned with ZSCN's prior written authorization and return instructions.

Defects or non-conformity

If goods appear defective, damaged or materially different from the written order confirmation, please stop installation or use where practical, preserve the product and packaging, and contact us promptly with the order number, product model, quantity, photos or video and a description of the issue.

After verification, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, credit or refund, as stated in the applicable quotation, order confirmation or warranty terms. Damage caused by incorrect selection, installation, storage, misuse, alteration, normal wear or conditions outside the confirmed specification is not covered.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
