Shipping Policy

ZSCN supplies electrical products primarily through business-to-business quotations. The shipping method, freight cost, production lead time, delivery schedule and applicable Incoterm will be confirmed in the written quotation or order confirmation for each order.

Lead time

Where production, configuration or technical approval is required, lead time begins after receipt of the agreed deposit and approval of all technical details. Any delivery date is an estimate unless ZSCN confirms otherwise in writing.

Freight, customs and taxes

The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance and local charges unless the written quotation or agreed Incoterm states otherwise. Risk and responsibility transfer according to the agreed Incoterm and order documents.

Inspection on delivery

Please inspect the shipment upon arrival. Visible damage, shortage or incorrect items should be recorded with the carrier and reported promptly with photos, packing information and order details.
